Extreme Ownership
11/7/24I got to meet Jocko Willink in 2018 when he spoke to our organization about the principles of Extreme Ownership. Yesterday, I got to hear Jocko’s teammates Rob Jones and Dave Berke present at Ariat Dirt World Summit. Their stories are different, but the principles are the same and just as relevant today.
These men are heros, yet each of them show up with a spirit of humility and a willingness to share their failures and mistakes to teach us valuable lessons in leadership that work on and off the battlefield. They own it AND they model it!
