Creative Strategies and Adventures

Built in the field. Forged by experience. Inspired by the climb.

After nearly three decades in construction—rising from sweeping trailers to leading a $300M business unit—I learned that true fulfillment doesn’t come from the buildings we finish, but from the people we grow along the way. My journey taught me that every leader’s climb is unique, and that real transformation happens through small, steady steps—not just by reaching the summit.

The inspiration for Creative Strategies and Adventures came at sunrise on the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro, where the journey was long, the challenge real, and the view truly earned. That climb reminded me: meaningful progress is rarely easy, but it’s always worth it when you walk the path with purpose and good people by your side.

CSA exists to help construction leaders rediscover the joy in building—through curiosity, clarity, and a question-driven process that turns obstacles into opportunities. Here, every engagement starts with listening. We don’t just deliver answers; we ask better questions, walking alongside you to uncover new possibilities, develop your team, and ensure every step forward is intentional and sustainable.

What sets us apart? We bring real-world experience, people-first leadership, and a belief that legacy is built not just by what you achieve, but by who you help along the way. At CSA, we’re not just reaching for the peak—we’re earning the view, together.

Leadership is an expedition, not a mountaintop.

At Creative Strategies and Adventures, we believe the best leaders don’t just deliver answers—they ask the right questions. True progress begins with curiosity, humility, and a willingness to explore, not just instruct. By prioritizing questions over statements, we help clients discover new perspectives, unlock deeper insights, and fuel real, sustainable growth.

1

We start every journey by asking “What’s possible?” instead of declaring what’s wrong.

2

Our sessions are designed to spark curiosity and encourage exploration – not just provide a canned playbook.

3

We challenge assumptions by inviting leaders and teams to reflect, wonder, and reframe.

4

Every phase of our Leadership Quest is guided by questions, from “What matters most?” to “Who are we becoming?”

The Map, the Compass, and the Legacy

This journey isn’t linear—it loops, doubles back, and always leads to new wisdom. Leadership is not about reaching the peak. It’s learning to walk the path with purpose—and showing others how to walk it, too.

When in doubt, return to your True North:

What matters?

Who matters?

Why are you doing this?

Our Guiding Principles

  • We invest in leaders and teams first—believing great businesses are built from the inside out.

  • We help organizations cut through the noise, aligning vision, values, and actions for meaningful progress.

  • We show up honestly, hold space for growth, and lead with humility and faith.

  • We walk with our clients from intention to action, ensuring growth is measured by consistent follow-through.

  • We approach every challenge with curiosity, courage, and a spirit of discovery. We champion a leadership culture that’s humble, inquisitive, and always learning.

  • We embrace growth as a journey. Whether on a trail or in a boardroom, we believe challenge brings clarity.

I walk with leaders who are ready to stretch—toward purpose, people, and impact that outlives them.
