Welcome to the Climb

Founder, Creative Strategies and Adventures
I didn’t start this company to “consult.”
I started it because I believe the construction industry is full of good people — builders, problem-solvers, leaders — who are carrying too much weight alone. I’ve been there. After nearly three decades in construction — from sweeping trailers to leading a $300M division — I’ve seen what happens when leaders lose their clarity, their energy, or the spark that once made this work feel meaningful.
That’s why I started Creative Strategies and Adventures — to walk alongside construction leaders who want more than just growth. They want momentum that matters. Clarity with direction. A legacy that lasts.
We help teams strengthen their leadership, align around what matters most, and move forward with purpose — whether through strategic planning retreats, coaching emerging leaders, succession planning, or stepping in as a fractional executive during seasons of change. But deeper than the services is the why behind it all: I believe leadership is a journey. And the most meaningful progress doesn’t happen at the summit — it happens along the way.
Why “Creative Strategies and Adventures”?
The name was inspired by a sunrise I witnessed from the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro — after five days and 13,000 feet of climb. That moment wasn’t just beautiful. It was earned. And it reminded me that growth is never easy, but it’s always worth it when you walk the path with purpose and good people beside you.
That’s how we approach every engagement at CSA. With curiosity. With clarity. With a question: What’s possible here, and how can we help you get there?
